Findings below list 62 city-issued emails used on non-government, personal platforms. We removed home addresses, phone numbers, IPs, and similar identifiers. This is not about shaming - it’s about the casual entitlement of using taxpayer-funded accounts for private consumption.

Platforms captured here include consumer shopping (flowers, TV gimmicks), entertainment, dating, gaming, and personal cloud. Government databases and workplace collaboration tools were intentionally excluded.
